Unable to view sites SUPPORT-2443

Issue: 

Some customers are seeing issues loading sites following our temporary downtime.

Status:

We have been hard at work on a network update in the coming weeks that should allow us much better ability to resolve this issue for folks still running into connectivity problems. We have also been trying to get one-off fixes as we can in the current system prior to the update.


What we need:

If you are continuing to see any issues loading your live site please post below with:

  1. Your site address
  2. Your IP address (https://www.google.com/search?q=ip+address)
  3. A traceroute to your site (https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/200169336-How-do-I-run-a-traceroute- )
