Website not working. I have no "support button" on my web tools so that is incredibly unhelpful and frustrating. There is no contact number either to call and speak with anyone to find out what the crap is happening. I'm a teacher and have had this service for 10 years. You are costing me the ability to work with my students and help them be successful. I'm really upset and frustrated and seriously contemplating removing my support for this site. I can't access my website at school and only when I'm not at school will the website work.

Sasha L Jewels My issue is still not resolved its been a week. sashaljewels.com taking forever to load then the troubleshoot problem. This is greatly affecting my business. I'm advertising and no one can go on my website! I'm so angry. I"m losing business here and it looks so unprofessional. How embarassing!
Please fix asap. You closed my ticket I told them its still not resolved.
