Already two days and not web store. I am losing a lot of money. When is this going to be resolve? This is a business and every second counts.
Today I just brought my website and putting my content in the store a few mins. later I can't see any of my info. My store is down, what the heck...I want my money back...What is going on. I chose this sever site because it have a real good advertisement and I thought this will be a good place to open my store....help this is my first day, well it's only been about 4 hours since I signed up!
this is the 3rd day of webstore not working, I have lost customers because of this. I was sent here by some-one on your facebook webs cares page (does it?) but there's no help here it doesn't tell us anymore than we already know. At least yesterday it worked intermittently now it doesn't work at all!
What is the update on this issue? When will it be resolved?
I am losing sales because of this, it is not acceptable!
My renewal is due in November and have been receiving emails to renew but this has put me off completley.

Unfortunately this issue has come up again. Our engineers are aware of the issue and are working on a fix.
Is this a joke?! I'm trying to launch a competition on my website and have had to delay for 3 days already, just set it up to start in the morning to find out the site is down AGAIN! Obviously wasn't resolved properly in the first place. So much inconvenience and of course no reply from the billing team about a refund!

We have a business and we depend on internet sales. It is very ridiculous that a problem like this takes 4 days and it is still coming back the same. Is anyone going to be responsible for all the lost sales in 4 days so far? The problem came back again on my website store just now.. 7 pm Pacific time in the USA. we are very desappointed of your technical team
5 days now same issue. Not able to see my web store. Losing money every day. Problem not being fix. How long is this going to last? Nobody is taking a real action. Anybody else has the same issue? Web store only works for periodic times. It is a shame!

6 days now and web store not working properly yet... I have tons of material for sale on the web site. To get my items in another website is going to take me many many days but I guess is something I have to do since this web site is already 1 week not working like it should be doing so..
more than days for me I have nearly 700 items in my store, has taken weeks to add all these items
I had this issue last week and I logged onto the live chat, explained my issue, and now it's been resolved. Lately I noticed that business has been pretty slow, then yesterday I start getting complaints my webstore won't work!! All week I have missed out on so many sales after spending so much on Webs hosting! The worst is that when I asked if they would grant compensation towards my next year's payment for all sales missed, and they said no, have a nice day though! I need this webstore on or I am not making money :(
Does anybody know how can we sue this company as a group and see how much money we can get from them?

Or at least a refund or releif from my next payment or something... But this is ridiculous! I can't grow my business without a webstore. Maybe it's time to look for a different web host instead of paying hundreds for one that doesnt give you what you paid for.
Well it turned on for a couple of minutes and then it went right back. It's not just me, but all of these business owners losing out on thousands of dollars of sales. What makes me most upset is the staff who are not dedicated to this issue or making it right. If this issue isn't completely resolved in the next couple of days, I will be transferring my domain to another host! I can't keep losing sales and lose customers as more and more people continue to come to me upset and complaining. Thankfully my yearly subscription to Webs is almost up so it wasn't a complete loss. Anyone else know of a good website host who won't let an issue like this happen and ruin my business?
7 days same problem. Not sales and none from Webs explains, fix or helps us about the same issue on the web store
I found a new host called Yola I think I'm going to try if this issue isn't fixed within the next day or two! I'm tired of dealing with these my business has practically crashed!! It's going to take a lot of work to repair all the damage done by Webs this week! Yola looks pretty decent and cheaper and hopefully they offer a functioning webstore which will allow my business to function

I am currently running a competition in which customers have to go onto my website and obviously cannot. This has lost me money in promoting the competition and money in sales from customers old and new. I had a ticket logged with the billing department 3 days ago and have not even had a reply. Very poor customer service. No explanation why the site keeps going down

Lets see I spend $30,000.00 a month in advertising with Yahoo and Google so I am spending money for customers to get a message that reads site not avail are you freaking kidding me. This better be back up soon or I will be sending my advertising bill to webs !!! I just noticed this today but now I see why I have been slow all week. No calls, no money coming in, great way to do business I would like a refund or some sort of a credit !! I think we all deserve something.
This is freaking unbelievable. Webs is about to lose a premium package customer for life unless i get my site back!!
