Site Members Not Receiving Email Blasts - DG-16210

Issue: Some customers are reporting that their site members are not receiving Email Blasts. After sending the Email Blast, a confirmation message says "Email blast successfully sent", but the emails are not received.

Status: Our Engineering team is further investigating.
