Unable to Load Previously Uploaded Images in Image Module or File Manager DG-15370

Issue: Some customers are reporting they are unable to see previously uploaded images in the Image Module. They are also unable to see previously uploaded files in the File Manager, which loads continuously.

Status: Our Engineering team is further investigating.
