Unable to see Billing tab in Dashboard 1/20/17 DG-14128

Issue: Some customers are reporting being unable to see their Billing tab in their Dashboard. An Upgrade page appears under Webs Premium in the Dashboard. Customers with current email services may also see a "Voila!" message in the Email section of their Dashboard.

Status: We are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
