In response to a time out error I received when uploading an MP3 file to my site's podcast page, Webs Support wrote "Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the Podcast app. Regrettably, I must inform you that this app is one that has now been retired." People come to my site to get the latest podcast and this response is not acceptable. I also find it unacceptable that you didn't notify your customers that this app was going to be retired and you didn't offer an alternative other than to post to this forum. Who will read this?
