Issue: Some customers are reporting that their members are unable to change their member profile email address in the Members App on their site. The members click the "Change" link next to their email address under Edit Profile > Manage Profile > Edit Account tab, enter the new WebsID email address in the box, and see a "Hmm...Let's try that again" message.
Status: This issue is unlikely to be fixed. We apologize for any inconvenience.
In the meantime, members have the option of creating a new member account for the same site under a different WebsID email address.
