Some customers unable to load sites 12/16/2016 DG-13549

Issue: A small portion of site visitors may be seeing issues loading their published site due to networking issues.

Status: We have been hard at work on a network update in the coming weeks that should allow us much better ability to resolve this issue for folks still running into connectivity problems. We have also been trying to get one-off fixes as we can in the current system prior to the update.

What We Need: In order to properly diagnose the issue we need to collect some information from you.

1. We will need your site address.

2. We will need your IP address which can be obtained from the following link:
