Update Domain Billing Information


If you receive a notification on your Domains dashboard that your domain is expiring soon, be sure that your payment information is up-to-date for a successful renewal. 

IMPORTANT: These instructions are only for updating domain billing information. If you are trying to update the billing information on file for your Premium services, click here for step-by-step instructions.

If you need to update your domain payment information, click Billing under the Settings tab of your Dashboard. This will bring you to your Billing Information page. 


Click Manage for the domain product that appears in your list of subscriptions.


In the Subscription Management window, click Add a new payment method. If this is the method you want to use moving forward, be sure to delete the existing payment so that it is not selected for auto-renewal.. You can do this under the Payment Methods section. 



Note: You must login using your WebsID (email address), not the username, to access the "Payment Methods" section.
