How can I get a refund?

In order to complete your refund request, you will need to speak with a billing representative between the hours of  9 AM and 5 PM EST (GMT-05) Monday through Friday.

Make sure you have the following ready before clicking the link below - 

  • WebsID/Username or Webs site address
  • Date charged
  • Amount of Charge
  • Last 4 digits of the card used OR your PayPal email address

When you have all the necessary information, click on the link below to submit your refund request.

I canceled my subscription but I did not get a refund!

Just canceling your subscription will not automatically qualify you for a refund. Canceling your subscription just means you are turning off the automatic renewal of the subscription. You must contact our billing team to request a refund.

I am not a Webs, Inc Customer! Why was I charged?

If you see a charge on your billing statement that you did not authorize and you are not an existing webs.com customer please contact us immediately using the Open a Dispute option on the following website.
