Introduction to the Sitebuilder

The primary Webs site editor, is referred to as "Builder" in the editing stage. In addition to the dock at the bottom that contains all of the available site-building modules, you'll notice a few more tools throughout the Builder.

You will find these definitions helpful in identifying the different tools used within the Sitebuilder as well as understanding the layout of the Sitebuilder.

Main Navigation

The Main Navigation provides access to your Dashboard, the Sitebuilder, your list of Pages, and the Theme Editor, as well as the Help and Publish buttons.

Page Settings

In the upper-right corner is a dropdown menu for changing page properties such as page name, layout, and meta information. This is your Page Settings menu. This is also used to create a new page. Next to the settings are undo and redo arrows, which allow you to undo the most recent edit and redo if necessary.

Dock

The Dock is the bottom-most section of the editor where module groups are located. In the Theme Editor, this is where themes can be chosen via thumbnails.

Formatting Toolbar

The Formatting Toolbar appears just under the main navigation when a module is being edited. The editing options will differ depending on the module you are editing.
