Verify Account Email Address

Why do I need to verify my email address?

There are a few reasons we want you to verify your email address. The most important reason is to make sure you can receive emails from Webs. We send important notices like reset password, updates about your account, and premium service details to your account email address.

If you are unable to receive emails from us, you might not be able to log into your account!



To verify your account email address:

  1. Log into your Webs account. (Select the site you want to manage from the My Sites page if you have more than one)
  2. From your Dashboard, expand "Get Started" in the Successful Website Checklist 
  3. Click the resend link under "Verify Your Email" to send or resend your verification email.
  4. Check your email.
  5. Click on the link in the email from Webs to confirm your email address is valid.

If you don't get the verification email, it may have been sent to your spam folder. For more information on checking your spam folder click here.
