We offer several methods for obtaining support for your Webs, Inc account. All of your options can be found in the Support menu once you log in.
What are my Support options?
To view your Support options, click Support at the top of your account.
Common answers to questions about site-building tools and how to manage your account can be found in the Self Help drop-down. Since we also provide updates on current bugs and other announcements, it is recommended that you search within the Self Help field first.
Premium Support Options
In the Self-Help dropdown are your Premium Support options:
- Live Chat (all Enhanced and Pro packages)
Talk about product related questions one on one with one of our helpful support representatives in our real time chat option. Representatives are available Mon - Fri: 7:00am - 12:00am US ET, Sat - Sun 8:00am - 8:00pm ET.
- Priority Email Support (all Premium packages)
Our Support Gurus can be found through this option. The best of the best respond to your email questions. So, if you have a complex question, or a question about your domain name or billing for your account, this is where to go!
- Phone Support (Pro Packages)
Customers with a subscription to the Pro premium service package can access phone support through the Phone Support option in the question mark icon within their account. Phone support is available 9am to 5pm EST (Eastern Standard/U.S. time).
