How to Reset your Domain Email Password

If you have a custom domain name, you probably have custom email for the domain name. If you don't have custom email accounts for your domain name you can purchase them through the Email section of premium services.

If you have lost the password to your domain email, you can reset the password as long as you have access to your account where the email was set up. You can reset it by logging into your Webs account and changing the password from within the email manager. You do not need to know the current password to make this change as it can only be reset from within your account.

Note: when you access your email's webmail address you may see an option to retrieve your password. This option will not work. You will need to reset the password through your account in the Email section of Premium Services.
