Hello folks!
If your site is frozen for abuse, you will need to contact the Abuse Team by email at abuse@webscom.zendesk.com. Please be sure to email from the email address set as the Site Owner/WebsID email address, as abuse issues can only be discussed with the Site Onwer.
The Abuse Team will usually respond within three business days (Monday-Friday), though response time may vary depending on the amount of inquiries that are received.
If you have contacted the Abuse Team atabuse@webscom.zendesk.com
from your Site Owner/WebsID email address, and it has been greater thanfive
business days without a reply, please post here and provide the following details:
- The precise times that you sent your email(s) to the Abuse Team
- The email address that you contacted the Abuse Team from
- The email address that you contacted the Abuse Team at (should be abuse@webscom.zendesk.com)
- Your site address (http://myusername.webs.com )
This information is necessary for us to help get you in touch with the Abuse Team and we cannot provide further assistance without it.

4I don't have a problem with webs.com policing the sites they host, but at least they should give us a WARNING before freezing our websites.
We can potentially lose a lot of money because we're not warned about our perceived indiscretions.

hey guys, my site is frozen too. every minute that my site is down im loosing people, im working as a teacher and i use this page just for education, i don ́t think im doing something wrong, at least you guys should give us an advice in order to tell us that we are doing something wrong before freezing our sites, please guy i didn ́t know that something was wrong with my site, i already pay a year of premium account.-

frustrated
I need to resolve this issue as soon as I can. I can't loose business on a sat. like this. What pictures are not allowed? I would love to know because I always make sure nothing can be seen that shouldn't. If it is because of the style of pictures I put up, then I should have been told something long ago before I paid for this site and made up all promotional items with the websites name on it.I am about to go live on living social and now don't have a website for people to see my product. I have to wait to get my site fixed, a website fixed, something that should be able to be resolved 24/7, until the weekend is over? I need this fixed now I don't have time to wait. I can't believe you don't have a 24hr number for web support?!? What are we paying for?

Hello,
I need my website unfrozen immediately. I am a professional model and have posted dozens of albums and thousands of pictures. I hand pick every picture I put on my site. This is my portfolio. None of my pictures are topless or nudes. There should be no sensors on implied nudity as long as nothing is exposed. I removed the pictures you found unacceptable.
