Trouble verifying your email address? Read this first!

Sometimes Webs users don't receive the email to verify their contact email address.

Usually these emails can be located in the spam or bulk mail folder of your email account. If you don't see it there, then request the verification email to be resent.

To do that, follow these steps:

1. Go to Site Settings in your account.


2. Click on the link where it says: "Please verify your email address!" If you don't see this message there, it means that address is already verified!



Then check your spam or bulk mail folder if it's not in your email inbox.

If you still aren't finding it, you may need to test with a different email account. Sometimes email providers have spam filters that block these from even getting to the spam folders. Unfortunately, we can't force these through.

In that case, I recommend you try it with Yahoo! or Gmail, as these providers generally let them through.

If it's still not showing up in the new email account, please let us know.
